New Model for English Majors According to Requirement of Enterprises

通过分析人才市场对英语专业毕业生的需求,探讨如何根据英语专业的人才特征和市场定位,优化课程体系,加强课程建设,建设一支具有复合型知识的教师梯队,整合教学内容,加强教学社会实践,构建以社会需求为导向的英语专业复合型人才的培养模式。

This paper centers on how to build an educational model for English majors with basic knowledge of other discipline according to the requirement of the enterprises for appropriate graduates of English majors. Methods as optimizing curriculum system, reforming teaching content, putting weight on practice and organizing a team of experienced teachers with knowledge of other discipline are discussed.
