摘要
从语言表达能力、语言讲授能力及语言艺术能力三个方面,全面讲述如何培养青年教师的语言技能。语言表达能力的培养需要注意语音、词汇、语法等方面,语言讲授能力的提高需关注内容的全面安排、进度的适宜掌握及适当的取舍,语言艺术的感染力又需从启发、激励和归纳三方面进行体现。其目的在于提醒青年教师在多媒体教学蓬勃发展的今天,仍需不断加强语言技能的培养,以精湛的课堂语言进行授课,完成好教学任务。
The authors analyzes language expression, language the ways of teaching and development of young teachers' verbal technique from three aspects including language art ability. Improvement of language expression ability relies on pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar, and language teaching ability depends on content, plarmed speed and acceptance or rejection. Young teachers also have to pay attention to enlightenment, inspiration and conclusion in order to better their language technique art ability. The purpose of the arguments in this paper is to promote young teachers' constantly enforcing verbal accompanied with multi-media teaching tools in order to fulfill the tasks of teaching smoothly and outstandingly.
