摘要
研究了合成聚合物 /蒙脱土纳米复合材料所需的有机改性蒙脱土的制备方法,用XRD、TG等测试手段对有机改性后蒙脱土的内层结构进行了分析,实验表明其层间距有不同程度的扩展。通过一系列试验优化了制备有机蒙脱土的反应条件。
The preparation of organo-montmorillonite which is used in synthesising ploymer/montmorillonite nanocomposites are studied. By means of XRD, TG, the inner layer structure of organo-montmorillontie is investigated, the experimental results showed that the d-space is raised. Through a series of experiment, the reaction conditions preparing organo-montmorillonite are optimized.
