The authors studied types of homomorphism φ from matrix semigroup M2 （R） to M2 （R） and gave the forms of the homomorphism φ on condition that φ（ 02 ） = 02 and φ（ I2 ） = I2,φ satisfy SL2 （R） ∪→ Kerφ.
