摘要
在对甲苯磺酸存在下,由乙醇和癸二酸合成了癸二酸二乙酯,当癸二酸、乙醇和对甲苯磺酸的物质的量之比为1∶8∶0.31,环己烷为带水剂,回流分水60min,该酯收率达96.9%.该法具有操作方便、反应温和、产品纯度和收率高的优点.
Diethyl sebacate is a synthesis from ethyl alcohol and sebacic add in the presence of p - toluene sulfonic acid. The yield of the ester could reach 96.9 % when the amount of substance ratio of sebacic acid, ethyl alcohol and p- toluene sulfonic acid is 1:8:0.31, with cyclohexane as water carrier being refluxed and water being segrated for 60 min. This method has the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction conditions, high purity and yield.
