The social responsibility of the enterprise is an important factor in adjusting the economical development and social advancement, and it＇s also an important quota of judging the continuous development of the enterprise. The author begins with the lack of social responsibility of local privately owned enterprises in less-developed areas, analyses the reasons of the lack of social responsibility, and produces the corresponding countermeasures in accordance with the reality.
