摘要
现有的法学课程教学在理论性方面形成了前后有序、纵横交错的体系,但在实践性方面或有所缺乏,或零敲碎打,随意性很大,没有相应地构成科学系统,不能有效地发挥积极作用。应以理论为指导,以知识为基础,以实践为要点,以能力为归宿,构建一个与法学课程理论性知识相适应的实践环节体系,以求更好地培养学生实践能力、创业能力,适应新时期形势的需要。
Today's teaching of Law has formed an orderly and crisscross system in theory, but in practice, it is a bit incomplete, or piecemeal, without adequate constraints, and a corresponding scientific system. Thus, it can't effectively play a positive role. Guideel by the theory, basing on knowledge, focusing on practice, aiming at ability, the authors try to construct a system of practical link which conforms to thetheoretical knowledge of Law, so as to better train the students practical ability, pioneering ability and then to meet the demands of the new situation.
