摘要
心理健康教育人力资源利用率偏低、误区较多、力量分散、专职教师流失较严重等现象,直接制约着当前高校心理健康教育工作的顺利开展。充分利用现有的人力资源优势,追求整体结构最佳化和效益最大化,已成为高校心理健康教育人力资源开发与利用的重要思路和举措。
There exist some phenomena in terms of human resources of psychological health education, such as: a low utilization ratio, some long-standing mistaken ideas, a dispersion of force, and a serious drain of full-lime teachers. All these directly restrict the smooth development of the psychological health education at universities at present. To make full use of present advantages of human resources and to seek of the best integral and the most beneficial structure have become an important idea and move to explore and use the human resources of psychological health education at universities.
