According to concluding the great practise and historical experience of more than eighty years of the Communist Party, paying high attention to and continuously strengthening the construction of itself is a magic weapon that our party was from small to big, from weak to strong, from setback to rise, and from overcoming the difficulties to becoming mature step. During the new century and the new period, our party will unite and lead the people throughout the country to construct a comfortably—off society from aspects, quicken and carry forward the construction of modernization and create a new situation of socialist career with Chinese characteristics, so our party must strengthen and improve the leadership of the party and insist on the unification of the advance character.
