用DSD酸氧化废水树脂脱附液制备水煤浆技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 对江苏淮化集团有限公司DSD酸氧化废水树脂脱附液制备水煤浆技术进行了系统的实验研究,得出用蒸浓液直接配制水煤浆,其最佳配制浓度为66-68%,水煤浆的粘度为468-1030 Mpa.s;用脱附液直接配制水煤浆,其最佳配制浓度为70-71%,水煤浆的粘度为692-769 Mpa.s. The technology of coal slurry making with de-adsorbed liquid from resin in the treatment of DSD acid oxidation wastewater from Jiangsu Huaihua Company Ltd. was studied in this paper. It is pointed out the optimum making density of coal slurry from boiled dense wastewater is 66~68%, its viscosity is 468~1030 mPa. s, the optimum making density of coal slurry from de-adsorbed liquid is 70~71%, its viscosity is 692~769 mPa. s. The stability of coal slurry in all conditions was high enough to made coal slurry be jetted and brn. It is reasonable to use pollution elements in DSD acic oxidation wastewater as usable dispersing agent and stabilizer of coal slurry.
