青岛与大连建设航运中心核心竞争力比较研究

Ocean Shipping Center Construction——a Comparison of the Core Competitiveness between Qingdao and Dalian

本文在区域经济学和核心竞争力理论的基础上,探讨了航运中心核心竞争力的评价体系,采用了模糊综合评价技术对青岛和大连两个城市建设航运中心的核心竞争力进行了分析,通过专家评分的方式得出青岛市和大连市的各项指标分数及综合分数并分析了青岛市和大连市建设航运中心过程中的优势和不足。最后,提出了航运中心核心竞争力培育模式的模型。

On the basis of regional economics and core competitiveness, the paper discussed about the assessment system of the core competitiveness of the ocean - shipping center. With a technique of inkling comprehensive assessment on system engineering, we analyzed the ocean shipping core competitiveness of Qingdao and Dalian, and got the score of each assessment index through a method of expert grading. The advantages and disadvantages during the cultivation of ocean shipping center of Qingdao and Dalian were also discussed. As a resuit, the cultivation mode of ocean - shipping center core competitiveness was forwarded.
