大学生思想政治教育要融入到各个环节,渗透到教学、科研、建设、管理等方面。结合贵阳学院的实际,要体现在学院硬件建设中,通过一幢幢优美的校园建筑,营造出优良的校园环境,为学生提供强大的精神动力;要体现在教学的全过程中,所有的教师都要在传授专业知识过程中加强思想政治教育;要体现在构建和谐校园中,营造人性化的教育氛围;要体现在校园管理服务中,不断落实学生在学习生活各方面的合理要求,在管理服务中增强思想政治教育的实效性。

The ideological political education for college students must be mixed with all the sectors such as teaching, researches, construction, management, etc according to the reality of the college. The education must be reflected in hard wares,in beautiful campus,in teaching specialized subjects,in service in order to build a humanistic educational atmosphere and a harmonious campus to fulfill the reasonable needs of the students.
