Comment on the Interaction between The Community Guide and Its Culture

社区警务与社区文化是社区建设的两项内容。全面实施社区警务战略,可以促进和提高社区文化建设;社区文化建设有利于规范化的社区警务建设,营造“社区精神”。实践中二者产生了互动效应的确定性,实现社区警务与社区文化的互动,是社区建设和谐社会的需要。

There are two contents concerning about the construction between the community guide and its culture. To realize completely the strategies of community guiding, we should also improve and enhance the construction of the community culture： In the construction of community culture, it benefits its guiding establishment, and it builds ＂the Community Spirits＂. In its practice, it can produce the definition of interactive effects and it can also realize the interaction of community guide and its culture, and it＇ s the necessity of establishing harmonized society in the community.
