摘要
目的比较帕珠沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的疗效.方法尿路感染患者60例随机分成帕珠沙星组与左氧氟沙星组各30例,分别给予帕珠沙星300 mg,左氧氟沙星200 mg,均为静脉滴注,bid,疗程5～14 d.结果帕珠沙星组与左氧氟沙星组的有效率分别为96.4%和92.6%,痊愈率分别为85.7%和70.3%,均差异无显著性 (P＞0.05).结论帕珠沙星与左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的临床疗效相当.
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between pazufloxacin and levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary infection. Methods Sixty patients with urinary tract infection were randomised into two groups evenly （n = 30）, the pazufloxacin group and the levofloxacin group. The pazufloxacin group were given pazufloxacin 0.3 g iv, bid, and the levofloxacin group levofloxacin 0.2 g iv, bid. The treatment period was 5-14 d. Results The effective rate in pazufloxacin group was 96.4% , and in levofloxacin group 92.6%. The cured rates in pazufloxacin group was 85.7% and in levofloxacin group 70.4%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Pazufloxacin has the same efficacy as levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection.
