舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死52例

Effect of Shuxuening Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法将急性脑梗死患者103例按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组52例,给予舒血宁注射液12mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注。对照组51例,给予丹参注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注。两组均每天1次,疗程均为15d。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分的变化及治疗后有效率。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为90.4%,76.5%(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能缺损评分下降幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,有推广应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of shuxuening injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods By randomization, 103 ACI patients were divided into two groups. Fifty-two patients in the treatment group received shuxuening injection （ 12 mL） in 5% glucose injection （250 mL）, iv, qd; and fifty-one patients in the control group received a mixture of danshen injection （20 mL） in 5% glucose injection （250 mL）, iv, qd. All the patients were observed for 15 days. The effect and changes of neuro-function were scored before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 90.4%, and in the control group 76.5%. The scores in the treated group was significantly lower than in the control group （P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Shuxuening injection is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and has clinical value.
