摘要
本文初步探讨了我国高校心理咨询工作者面临的工作倦怠问题,并针对核问题重点分析了倦怠产生的原因及多样化的应对模式,帮助咨询者减轻工作倦怠所带来的困扰,并期望促进我国高校心理咨询工作更加制度化和规范化。
This article preliminarily explores the problem of the job burnout of thepsychological counselors in colleges and universities, and mainly analyses the causes and multiple modes of dealing with it. Our greatest concern is to help them reduce their stress and make the psychological counseling in colleges and universities more institutionalized and standardized.
