运用森田疗法治疗网络成瘾一例

Treatment to a Patient for Network Addiction with Sentian Therapy

目的 对患网络成瘾的大学生进行心理治疗。方法 运用森田疗法的基本原理和指导思想，通过与森田日记的方法对患有网络成瘾的来询者进行治疗。结果 治疗后来询者在认知、情绪、主观感受、行为等方面发生了很大的改变，网络成瘾行为得到了明显改善。结论 森田疗法能有效的治疗大学生的网络成瘾。

Objective Carry on the psychotherapy in suffering from network to be university students of the addiction. Methods Using Sentian method treatment, writing Sentian method of diary treat network addiction. Results Very great change took place in such aspects as cognition, mood, experiences subjectivity, the behavior to treat the persons who asked later, the network has become the addiction behavior and obviously improved. Conclusion The network which treat university students that the treatment of Sentian method can becomes the effective addiction.
