Analysis to the Effect Factors on the Synthesis of TDI by Two- step Method

以氯苯作溶剂,将经处理过的甲苯二胺溶液加入到冷的光气溶液中直接进行光气化,经冷、热二步反应合成了甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),讨论了相关因素对其反应的影响。

In the paper, the toluylene diamine solution was pretreated. Using chlorobenzene as solvent, the diamine solution was added into cooled phosgene solution to direct phosgenation. After the cool and the hot phosgenations, TDI （Toluene diisocyanate） could be synthesized. The effect factors on the synthesis of TDI were discussed.
