Synthesis and Characterization of 3-dimethylamino-1,2-propanediol

摘要 在碱的催化作用下,采用3-氯-1,2-丙二醇与二甲胺进行反应,合成了3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇。采用红外光谱、元素分析、阿贝折射仪等对产物进行了表征,研究了配料比、碱的性质等因素对产率的影响。研究结果表明,产物为3-二甲胺基-1,2-丙二醇,且产率大于70%。 3-dimethylamino-l,2-propanediol was synthesized from 3-chloro-1, 2-propanediol and dimethylamine under the catalysis of alkali and then was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and abbe refractometer. The effects on the yield were also investigated, such as the molar ratio of 3-chloro-1, 2-propanediol and dimethylamine, the properties of the alkali etc. The results show that the product is 3-dimethylamino-1, 2-propanediol and the yield is higher than 70%.
