本文利用安捷伦科技公司的E-PHEMT(增强型伪高电子迁移率晶体管)ATF-54143,给出了一个基于便宜的FR4环氧玻璃基覆铜板设计的,工作在3.3 ̄3.8GHz,可用于IEEE802.16aWiMAX客户端设备(CPE)和基站(BTS)的低噪声放大器。
This article presents the design of a 3.3~3.8 GHz LNA suitable for IEEE 802.16a WiMAX customer premise equipment (CPE) and base transceiver stations (BTS), built on inex- pensive FR4 copper laminate epoxy glass board material using the Agilent Technologies ATF-54143 E-pHEMT (enhancement-mode pseudomorphic high electron mobility tran- sistor).
