摘要
网络环境下,高校图书馆读者服务工作有了全新的内涵,为适应新的环境,高校图书馆必须建立高效、完整的信息资源保障系统,“以读者为中心”开展各项工作,建立高素质馆员队伍,提高读者服务质量。
Under cyber-circumstances, reader service in university libraries has been assumed brand-new connotations, this essay sheds light upon the necessity of improving it, and puts forward the proposal that university libraries take new strategies as follows: to set up an efficient, practical, complete and mutually complementary information resources safeguard system; to render readers-centered service; to improve the qualities of librarians.
