摘要
目的制定糖泰胶囊中多糖的含量测定标准。方法对分光光度法测定多糖的含量进行实验研究。结果此法操作简便、灵敏度高。结论用分光光度法测定糖泰胶囊中多糖的含量,能有效控制糖泰胶囊的内在质量。
Objective To establish the content determination standard of polysaccharides in Tangtai Capsules. Methods To study the content of polysaccharides by spectrophotometry. Results This method is convenient and sensitive Conclusion It is an efficient method t9 use the spectrophotometry to control the quality of Tangtai Capsules.
