摘要
目的解决冻干粉针制品中的萎缩问题。方法研究冻干制品萎缩现象产生的原因,通过运用正交试验法摸索出最佳工艺处方和冻干曲线。结果及结论确定最佳工艺处方和冻干曲线是减少萎缩不良品数量,提高制品合格率的关键。
Objective To solve the problem of shrinked bad products during freeze-dry powder injection production.Methods The reason of bad production was analyzed, and the best prcocdure and freezing curve were determined by orthogonal experiments. Results and conclusion The best procedure and freezing curve are the key to reduce the quality of bad production.
