不同职业人员心理健康状况的比较研究

Comparative Study on the Mental Health of Employees with Different Occupations

目的:探讨不同职业人员的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90、EPQ以及生活事件量表(LES)对行政人员、工人和科技人员进行测量。结果:①行政人员的总分、阳性项目数、总均分高于其它两个组;②行政人员的P分高于工人和科技人员,科技人员的E分高于行政人员和工人;③科技人员的正性生活事件高于其它两个组。结论:行政人员的心理健康状况较差,科技人员的心理健康状况较好。

Objective： To look into the mental health of employees with different occupations. Methods： A questionnaire is applied. Results： ①The total points, positive items and total average of administrative personnel, are more than the other two groups; ②The P point of administrative personnel is more than that of workers and scientific and technical personnel, The E point of scientific and technical personnel is more than that of administrative personnel and workers; ③The positive life incident of scientific and technical personnel is more than that other two groups. Conclusion： The level of mental health of administrative personnel is relatively poorer, The level of the mental health of scientific and technical personnel is better.
