本文总结了近10多年来有关创伤后应激障碍的免疫学改变、神经内分泌与免疫系统的关系以及影响免疫功能的心理社会学变量等方面的研究进展。并就该领域存在的问题和将来的研究方向作了讨论。

This paper reviews the advances in psychoneuroimmunology （PNI） in Posttraumatic stress disorder（PTSD） based on the literatures in the past more than ten years. It focuses on the three aspects in its area： change of immune function in PTSD, the mutual effects between neuroendocrine and immune system, and psychosocial variables associated with immune function.
