Mental Health Protection in the Old People

本文从老年人的认知、智力、动机与需要、情感及个性的变化特点等几个方面,阐述了如何正确认识老年人的心理特点,针对性地采取应对调节措施,有效地维护和增进老年人的心理健康水平。

This paper reviewed the changes of eognitivefunetions, emotions and needs, and personality in the old people, and some coping strategies were suggested in order to maintain and enhance the old people＇s mental health level.
