摘要
采用超音速气体雾化技术制备锌铝合金粉末,利用冷喷涂技术将粉末冷喷涂到镁合金表面,获得致密的涂层;系统分析了涂层组织,实验研究了涂层的耐磨性和磨损失效方式,并与液态挤压和固态挤压的AZ91D镁合金进行了对比.结果表明:具有锌铝涂层的镁合金具有更高的耐磨性,干摩擦条件下的磨损失重比固态挤压AZ91D镁合金低52%,润滑条件下的磨损失重比AZ91D镁合金低85%;锌铝合金涂层的磨损失效形式主要是粘着磨损和部分腐蚀磨损.
Supersonic gas atomization technique is introduced to fabricate the rapid solidified Zn-Al alloys powder. The Zn-Al alloy coating on the surface of the magnesium alloy is prepared by utilizing cold spray technique with rapid solidified Zn-Al alloy powder, and the wear behavior of coat is studied by the test. The results show that the coating has good wear resistance, where the wear weight loss is 52% and 85% less than that of extruded AZ91D alloy at the condition without and with lubrication, respectively. The wear failure form of the coating is agglutination abrasion and partly rust abrasion.
