摘要 定尺控制是钢板剪切线研究的一项重要内容.针对中厚板剪切生产线对板材定尺的要求,对剪切线位置控制方式进行了改进,设计了一种输出参考模糊控制器.该控制器以预定的响应轨迹作为位置输出的参考,以此轨迹上的点对应的值与设备实际输出值之间的误差进行驱动,使系统在减速阶段以理想的参考轨迹为参照,实现快速、无超调的准确停车以完成对剪切板材定尺的位置控制.仿真结果和试验结果证明该方法具有优良的控制特性和很强的鲁棒性,满足位置控制的要求. Fixed length control is important for the research of cutting line. According to the requirement of fixed length medium plate on the cutting line, we design a fuzzy controller, which can accomplish the position control of cutting plates regarding a designed path as reference output. The effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by simulation and experiment. The excellent control characteristics and strong robustness are verified, which satisfy the demand of position control.
