摘要
PID控制是工业过程中最常使用的控制方法,然而由于工业中大时滞现象的存在严重影响了系统的稳定性,导致系统的超调量变大,调节时间大大加长,甚至出现振荡、发散,从而使系统的动态品质明显变差.尤其对于工业过程中的一些不稳定系统,大时滞的存在将使系统的响应效果更加恶化.在这种情况下,普通的PID控制方法很难满足要求,甚至不能实现系统的稳定.基于以上原因,对PID继电自整定技术进行了研究,并对几十年来的发展进行了总结,对未来的发展趋势进行了展望.
PID control is the most common control method used in the industrial process. The existence of long time-delay severely influences the stability of a system, which results in the big overshoot, long regulation time, even oscillation and divergence. The dynamic quality of the system becomes bad. Especially to some unstable systems in industry, the existence of long time-delay will make the performance of the system more worse. Under such a circumstance, the ordinary PID auto-tuning method is very difficult to satisfy the demand, even can' t stabilize the system. Therefore, this paper studies the PID self-tuning method based on the relay feedback and surveys its development in the latest years, and also points out the development direction in the future.
