丙酮和氢气一步法合成甲基异丁基酮的研究 被引量:12

摘要 以苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯为原料共聚,通过引入吸电子基团增强树脂骨架结构稳定性,制备出耐温性能优良的离子交换树脂担体,以此作为基础合成了含金属钯的树脂催化剂,用于丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基酮(MIBK).在小型固定床评价装置上,以丙酮和氢作为原料,采用自行合成的离子交换Pd/树脂催化剂,经一步法工艺合成MIBK,并对影响反应的因素进行了考察.实验结果表明:在反应温度120~160℃,反应压力6.0 MPa,丙酮进料空速1.0 h-1,氢/酮500(V)条件下,转化率为36.5%~47.9%,MIBK选择性为95.2%~92.9%.该技术进行了首次工业应用试验,一次开汽成功. Ion exchanged resin was prepared by using styrene and diethylene benzenes as raw material. After polymerization and introduction of absorbing electronic group, the physical structure of resin is reinforced. Using this kind of resin, we prepared Pd/resin which is specially used in one step synthesizing methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK). This paper studied the catalyst on synthesizing of MIBK from acetone and hydrogen on the small scale fixed-reactor and confirmed the optimal technical conditions by observing the influence of temperature, pressure, LHSV and H2/acetone. The transform rate of acetone was 36.5 %~47.9 %. Selectivity of methyl isobutyl ketone was 95.2 % ~ 92.9 % under the condition of which reaction temperature at the range of 120~ 160 ℃, reaction pressure 6 MPa, the volume ratio of H2/acetone 500, and the LHSV of acetone 1 h^-1. The technique realized the commercial production and got fully success at the first run.
