摘要
目的探讨脑膜瘤中整合素β1的表达及其生物学意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测43例脑膜瘤、5例正常硬脑膜及5例正常蛛网膜中整合素β1的表达。结果整合素β1在WHOⅠ级及WHOⅡ、Ⅲ级脑膜瘤中的免疫组化阳性率分别为40.0%及87.5%,有明显差异(P<0.05);在侵袭性脑膜瘤中的表达明显高于在非侵袭性脑膜瘤中的表达(P<0.01)。结论整合素β1参与脑膜瘤的增殖调控,随着整合素β1表达的增高,肿瘤细胞的增殖活性升高,恶性程度增加;并与脑膜瘤的侵袭性有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of integrin-β1 in meningiomas and its biological significance. Method Immunohistochemical technique was used to determine the expression of integrin-β1 in 43 eases of meningioma, 5 cases of normal dura mater and 5 cases of normal arachnoid membrane. Results The positive expression rate(87.5%) of integrin-β1 in grades Ⅱ - Ⅲ meningiomas was significantly higher than that (40.0%) in grade Ⅰ meningiomas (P〈0.05), The positive expression rate of integrin-β1 in the invasive meningiomas (90.0%) was significantly higher than that (36.36%) in the non-invasive meningiomas (P〈0.01). Conclusion Integrin-β1 participates in the process of meningiomas proliferation. The proliferative activity and malignant degree of meningiomas are correlative to increase in the expression of integrin-β1. The integrin-β1 expression is associated with the invasiveness of meningiomas.
