文章认为随着民营经济的发展,作为市场经济基础的私有财产制度受到人们越来越多的关注,然而目前私有财产权的保护还不够充分,这制约了民营经济的发展和市场经济体制的建设。文章认为必须加快完善私有财产的法治环境、规范政府行为、保证民营企业的财产安全,才能充分发挥民营经济的积极作用。

With the development of non-governmental economy, private property system that is the basic of the market economy attracts more and more attention of people. However, the protection of the privately owned proprietary is not abundant enough at present, some problems in the protection of private property limited the development of non-governmental economy. For giving full play to the positive contribution of private economy, it is necessary to perfect the law environment, standardize the government action and guarantee property safety of the non-governmental company.
