摘要
国际工程投标过程中的潜在风险,层出不穷。风险一旦发生,如果没有防范或预先考虑,将给承包商带来不可估量的,甚至是致命的损失。文章通过分析投标阶段各种风险的内在本质和危害,提出了管理上的思路和理念。
During bidding for the international project, lots of potential risks often occur.Once those risks occurred,it would bring the contractor the great and even the fatal loss,if we never took any measures of keeping away those risks or considered in advance.This article presented some thoughts and ideas about the risk management by analysing all kinds of risks occered in the stage of the bidding and the harmness of those risks.
