摘要
本文研究了HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,在1,10—菲啰啉激活作用下,锰(Ⅱ)对KIO4-KI氧化还原反应的催化动力学条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量锰(Ⅱ)的方法。该方法检测限为1.27×10-8mol·L-1,锰(Ⅱ)含量在0~5×10-8mol·L-1范围内呈良好线性.用于中药淫羊藿和大青叶中锰(Ⅱ)含量的测定,其结果与原子吸收法基本吻合。
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method has been established for the determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ), based on the catalytic action of Mn(Ⅱ)on the oxidation - reduction reaction between KIO4 and KI in the presence of 1, 10 -phenanthroline and in HAc-NaAc buffer solution. The linear relationship is obeyed in the range of 0~5 ×10-8mol. L-1 for Mn(Ⅱ), and the detection limit of Mn (Ⅱ) is 1. 27 ×10-8mol. L-1. This method has been applied to the determination of trace Mn(Ⅱ) in two kinds of Chinese medicine (Epimedium macranthum Morren et Decaisne and Isatis tinctoria L. ) with satisfactory results.
