扩张型心肌病左室腔内径与预后关系探讨

Studies on relationship between the LVDd and prognosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

测定154例扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者左室舒张末期内径（LVDd），平均随访36．8月。发现LVDd≥70mm者平均存活时间较LVDd＜70mm者明显缩短。提示LVDd是DCM的一个独立预后因素。

The left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVDd) was measured in 154 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), all patients were followed up for 36.8 months (mean value ). The results showed that the mean life-time of the patients with LVDd■70mm was significantly shorter than that of the patients with LVDd< 70mm. It is suggested that LVDd can be used toevaluate the prognosis of the pa tients with DCM.
