斜视手术parks切口临床应用32例分析

The clinical applied analysis for the new incision of strabismus surgery(parks incision) in 32 cases

使用parks切口行斜视手术32例，使手术时间缩短，恢复期缩短，术后无并发症、切口小、不影响外观及术后反应轻，疗效满意。因此，笔者认为parks切口与传统的肌止端切口（swan氏切口）及角膜缘切口（limbus切口）相比具有明显的优越性，值得推广。

The 32 patients with strabismus were operated with Parks incision. The clinical effect is satisfactory. The advantages of the incision are: operative time is shorten, recovering period is shorten too, there is no postoperative complication, postoperative reaction is slight, the incision is small and the outward appearnce of eye is not any affected. Therefore, We think the incision shows obvious superiority as compared with traditional Swan's and limbus's incision.
