摘要
目的:总结两种非金属色桩核在CerecⅢ全瓷冠修复中的临床效果,为CerecⅢ全瓷冠的应用提供参考。方法:采用在金属核上烧结遮色瓷法制作全瓷冠11例17件,全瓷桩核法制作全瓷冠6例6件,修复后定期观察临床效果。结果:患者均认为全瓷冠舒适,无异物感;色泽自然,美观性好,与天然牙相似;咀嚼功能较好。客观检查未发现食物嵌塞、继发龋、牙龈炎等情况。目前尚无全瓷冠脱落或破损的情况发生。结论:两种全瓷冠的临床效果均令人满意。全瓷桩核对全瓷冠颜色的影响更小,修复的CerecⅢ全瓷冠颜色也更为逼真。当基牙根管较细,桩与核不在同一直线上时,建议选择金属核上烧结遮色瓷以防止桩核折断。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of all-ceramic crowns fabricated by the CerecⅢ CAD-CAM system together with post and core restoration. Methods： Six patients were treated with all-ceramic post and core, and eleven patients were treated with metal post and core covered by opaque ceramic. Result： All crowns had good esthetic effect, better masticatory function and excellent marginal fit. No complications were presented including food impaction, secondary caries and gingivitis. There was no crowns dislocation or breakage. The patients were satisfied with the restorations. Conclusion： The two kinds of restorations are both satisfying, but all-ceramic crowns together with all-ceramic posts and cores show better appearance.
