牙体缺损冠延长术金属烤瓷修复的临床观察

Clinical observations on crown lengthening combined with PFM to restore tooth defect

目的:评价应用预成圆柱形根管钉对前牙牙体缺损患者冠再接后烤瓷修复体的临床效果。方法:4年内通过对160例前牙、前磨牙牙体缺损患者,应用预成圆柱形根管钉直接法冠延长术后(冠再接)行金属烤瓷修复,并经6～48个月追踪随访。结果:因切咬不慎或碰撞崩瓷4例,160例中4例异常,占2.5%;156例正常,占97.5%。结论:应用以上方法修复,经济节时,操作简便,医患均易接受,适合各级医院及患者。此法不仅保留了更多的自体牙,而且功能得以及时恢复,更有益于患者心理健康,近期效果满意。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical of using prefabricated cylindrical root canal pin to lengthen the clinical crown and restoring anterior tooth and premolar defect with PFM. Methods： In 4 years,160 cases of anterior teeth and premolars were restored with prefabricated cylindrical root canal pin to lengthen the clinical crown （crown lengthening）then restored with PFM and followed up for 6-48 months. Results： 4 cases＇ porcelain cracked because of masticatary incaution, 4 out of from 160 cases were abnormal, accounting for 2.5% .Conclusions： This method is economical and simple. It is better than other restorative methods and suitable to every hospital and patient .This method not only restores the function of tooth timely, but also benefit patients＇ mental health. Ideal effects of restoration depend on the selection of indications and the process of treatment.
