胰岛素类似物的进展与优势 被引量：8

摘要 所谓类似,既可模拟正常胰岛素的分泌,同时在结构上相类同.20世纪90年代末,在对人胰岛素结构和成分的深入研究中发现对肽链进行以下修饰:①利用基因工程技术,改变胰岛素肽链上某些部位的氨基酸组合;②改变等电点;③增加六聚体的强度;④利用钴离子替代锌离子;⑤或在分子增加脂肪酸链,加大与白蛋白的结合,均有可能改变胰岛素的理化和生物学特征,从而能研制出较传统常规人胰岛素更适合人体生理需要的胰岛素类似物.
