彩色多普勒超声对双腔右心室诊断的辨析

Diagnosis of Double - Cavity of Right Ventricle by 2 - Dimintion Color Doppler E-chocardiography

双腔右心室(DCRV)是一种少见的先天性心脏畸形。本文报告22例DCRV,均经手术证实。本病多与某些常见的心脏畸形并存,术前漏诊率高,本文通过二维彩色多普勒超声心动图(2D-CDE)对DCRV诊断特点进行分析,从而提高对DCRV的术前诊断率。

The double-cavity of the right ventricle (DCRV) is and uncommon congenital malformation. 17 cases of DCRV verified by operation are reported in this article. The DCRV often coexists with other common heart abnormality and is frequent to miss the diagnosis. Some diagnostic characteristics using the 2Dimension Color Doppler Echocardiography are discussed, thereby the pre-operative diagnostic rate of the DCRV could be raised.
