彩阶超声在Budd-Chiari综合征诊断中的应用研究

Study on Application of Color Scale Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Budd-chiari Syndrome

本文报告36例Budd—Chiari综合征的彩阶与灰阶超声对比检查结果,全部病例均经下腔静脉造影和手术证实。结果表明,彩阶超声能够增加图像信息量,改善视觉分辨力,对低弱回声和隔膜病变的显示效果优于灰阶超声,可用作超声诊断Budd—Chiari综合征的补充观察方法。

Color scale ultrasonic features of Budd-Chiari Syniome in 36 cases were reported and compared with gray scale ultrasonic images. All the cases were confirmed by inferior vena cavography and operation. The results indicated that color scale ultrasound had advantages over gray scale ultrasound in visualization of hypoecho structures and obstructive membrane. We considered that color scale ultrasound can be used as a supplementary means for diagnosis of Budd-chiari syndrome.
