实时超声显像诊断卵巢巧克囊肿

Ultrsonic Imaging Diagnosis of Ovarian Chocolate Cyst

为了探讨卵巢巧克囊肿的超声诊断价值,我们总结了自1983年~1992年间85列卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声显像结果,并与手术及病理检查进行了对照。提出将卵巢巧克力囊肿的超声显像分五型,其中光点回声型,是诊断卵巢巧克力囊肿有价值的较特异的图像。

In order to evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography for ovarian chocolate cyst. We reviewed 85 cases ultrasonic image reports from 1983 to 1992, and compared them with the operative pathological results. We concluded that ultrasonic image of ovarian chocolate cyst should be devided into 5 types, A-mong them, the small homgenous echo-speckligs type is the relatively specific and valuble image for the diagnosis of ovarian chocolate cyst.
