The Effect of Verapamil SR on The Cardiac Structure and Fanction in The Patients with Essential Hypertension

本文通过对30例正常人、30例高血压病人及该30例病人服缓释异搏定后三个月的心脏结构及功能分析。表明高血压病对心脏结构和功能的影响是明显的,缓释异搏定能有效地改善心功能。超声心动图是观察心脏结构和功能改变的最好的无创检查方法。

We observed the cardiac structure and function on 30 cases of normal peoples, 30 cases with hypertension and them after using Isoptin SR (verapamil SR) for 3 months.The research shows that hypertension has a significant effect on cardiae structure and function;but isoptin SR is affectively able to improve heart function of patients with hypertension. Echo cardiogram is the best noninvasive diagnostic method to observe the chauges of heart structure and function.
