摘要
描述了西气东输天然气“照付不议”合同,由于对天然气的要求较高,燃气电厂签订“照付不议”合同存在一些困难与问题,必须要有应对策略,文章提出了若干建议。
“T or P” contract is firstly described. On the author＇s suggestion, why and how measures be taken in signing “T or P” contract for gas turbine power plant owing to its high requirement of natural gas quality are both set forth.
