胆总管梗阻性病变的超声显像诊断评价

Evaluation of Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Choledochus Obstructive Diseases

本文报告107例肝外梗阻性黄疸胆总管下端病变的超声诊断结果,经手术和病理诊断证实超声诊断胆道梗阻位置的符合率为96.3%(103/107),诊断胆总管下端梗阻病因的符合率为90.7%(97/107)。结果表明,超声显像具有方法简便、迅速和诊断准确率较高等优点,尤其采用本文经过改进的超声诊断方法以来,使胆总管下端病变的诊断符合率又有了进一步提高。

This paper gives the ultrasonographic diagnostic results of 107 patients with extrahepatic obstructive jaundice diseases in the lower choledochus. All the results were confirmed by operation and pathology. The accuracy of positional diagnosis was 96. 3% (103/107) and that of etiological diagnosis was 90. 7% (97/107). The results show that ultrasonography technique is easy to perform and quick to diagnose. Also, This technique is in high accuracy for diagnosis of the diseases. Especially, by means of the improved ultrasonographic method, the accuracy for ultrasonographic diagnosis of lower choledochus obstructive diseases has been got higher furtherly.
