摘要
用超声心动图观察了部分正常和狭窄肺动脉瓣的活动曲线,探讨了M型取样部位与肺动脉办曲线的形式和意义之间的关系。结果表明:在心底短轴切面上,当M型取样线位于肺动脉口中央和外侧时,肺动脉办的活动曲线为无cd段的中断曲线;如果此时获得连续的肺动脉瓣曲线则提示有肺动脉瓣狭窄,当取洋线位于肺动脉口内侧时,若获得连续的肺动脉瓣曲线,则提示肺动脉瓣可能正常,亦可能狭窄。因而对肺狭无诊断意义。
The pulmonary valvular curves (PVC) of 32 normal persons and 20 patients with pulmonary valve stenosis (PS) were studied by echocardiography and the results showed that ;in the cardiac base short axis view normal PVC is an interrupted curve without "cd" segment when M-mode sample line locates at the center and left side of pulmonary artery (PA). If it shows a coutinuous curve there is a possibility of PS. When the sample line located at the right side of PA. the PVC is usually a continuous curve which is not significant to diagnose PS because it means both possibilities of normal and stenosis valves.
