M型超声心动图取样线部位与肺动脉瓣曲线形式和意义相互关系的探讨

摘要 用超声心动图观察了部分正常和狭窄肺动脉瓣的活动曲线,探讨了M型取样部位与肺动脉办曲线的形式和意义之间的关系。结果表明:在心底短轴切面上,当M型取样线位于肺动脉口中央和外侧时,肺动脉办的活动曲线为无cd段的中断曲线;如果此时获得连续的肺动脉瓣曲线则提示有肺动脉瓣狭窄,当取洋线位于肺动脉口内侧时,若获得连续的肺动脉瓣曲线,则提示肺动脉瓣可能正常,亦可能狭窄。因而对肺狭无诊断意义。 The pulmonary valvular curves (PVC) of 32 normal persons and 20 patients with pulmonary valve stenosis (PS) were studied by echocardiography and the results showed that ;in the cardiac base short axis view normal PVC is an interrupted curve without "cd" segment when M-mode sample line locates at the center and left side of pulmonary artery (PA). If it shows a coutinuous curve there is a possibility of PS. When the sample line located at the right side of PA. the PVC is usually a continuous curve which is not significant to diagnose PS because it means both possibilities of normal and stenosis valves.
