摘要
本文报告212例正常人脑动脉血流彩色多普勒测值。45岁以下者男性34例,女性80例;45岁以上者(包括45岁)男性48例,女性50例。年龄范围18—70岁。每例都测定MCA、ACA、PCA、VA及BA的Vp、Vmin、Vm、RI及PI值。另随机对50例分别测定双侧PCA近端及远端的上述血流参数。45岁以下者两性双侧MCA,双侧ACA、LVA及BA的Vp、Vm均快于45岁以上者(其中两性LVA、女性MCA的P<0.05)。45岁以上,两性双删MCA、双侧ACA、双侧VA及BA的RI均大于45岁以下者(其中男性MCA、RPCA、LVA及女性RVA的P〈O.05或P<0.01)。50例双侧PCA近端的Vp、Vm略快于远端,RI值均大于远端(P<0.01)。男女两性45岁以上者,虽然没有脑血管病的临床表现,但脑血管已有一定程度的退行性变,因而引起主要脑动脉的RI增高,Vp、Vm下降。本组受检者没有心脑血管病的临床表现,其脑动脉血流测值可作为正常参考值。
Cerebral artery blood flow measurement were reported in 212 cases of normal subjects. Before 45 years old, male 34, female 80; After 45 years old (including 45 years old), male 48, female 50. The range of age were 18-70.The Vp, Vmin, Vm, RI and PI were measured in MCA , ACA ,PCA, VA and BA. The near terminal (start segment) and far terminal of PCA were measured respectively in 50 cases of random.Befor 45,the Vp.Vm are faster than that of after 45. P<0. 05 in MCA, ACA, LVA and BA.After 45, the RI are higher than that of before 45, P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 in MCA, RPCA, LVA and RVA. In near terminal, the Vp.Vm are faster slightly than that of far terminal, and the RI higher than the latter.Although after 45, they did not have the clinical apearance of cerebral vascular disease, but some degenerative change of cerebral vascular may be existence. It lead to increase of RI and reduction of Vp, Vm. We thought that this measurement may be used for normal value.
