宋代是我国古代餐饮高度发达的一个时期,这个时期,无论是饮食原料、烹饪技法,还是食用手段,都有显著升华。本文选择宋人食笋、食酥、食汤饼这三个事例,对宋代餐饮进行典型剖析,展现历史上的饮食风韵。
