伸舌偏斜81例临床初探

Clinical analyses of 81 cases with tongue deviation

本文对81例伸舌偏斜病人的临床表现、发病原因及其预防进行了探讨。81例中男48例（59．3％），女33例（40．7％），年龄7～72岁，平均年龄59．5岁。CT显示脑萎缩39例，出血性5例，梗塞病变30例，混合性6例。结果发现伸舌偏斜的产生主要同脑血管病，尤其是缺血性脑血管病有关。预防脑血管病之产生即为预防本征发生之关键。

The clinical features, etiology and prevention of 81 patients with tongue deviation(TD) were analysed. In these 81 cases, men 48(59.3% ), female 33(40.7%), e patients ages ranged from 7-72 years with an average of 59. 5 years. CT showed brain atropby 39 cases, cetebral haemorrhage 5 cases, infarction 30 cases,mixed aproplexy 6 cases.It has been observed that cerebrovascular disease (CVD),and especials ischemic cetebrovascular disease relations to TD. It is very important to prevent the CVD for prevent the TD.
