牙齿重度磨耗对下颌边缘运动轨迹的影响

Kinesiographic study of the mandibular maximum excursions in patients with severe tooth wear

目的:研究牙齿重度磨耗对下颌边缘运动的影响。方法:采用下颌运动轨迹描记仪记录15例中老年牙齿重度磨耗患者的下颌边缘运动轨迹,并以8例正常牙合患者的下颌边缘运动轨迹作为对照。结果:最大张口运动范围与对照组差异无显著性;前伸边缘运动水平位移Ⅰ、Ⅱ型与对照组差异无显著性,Ⅲ型减少;前伸边缘运动垂直位移Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型显著性增加;侧向边缘运动水平位移Ⅰ型小于对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ型与对照组无明显差别,但有减小趋势;侧向边缘运动垂直位移Ⅰ、Ⅲ型大于对照组,差异有显著性。结论:牙齿重度磨耗导致异常的下颌边缘运动。

Objective： To study the influence of severe tooth wear on mandibular maximum excursions. Methods： K6- Ⅰ mandibular kinesiography（MKG）was used to record the movements of mandibular incisal point in 15 patients with severe tooth wear, the MKG of the patients was compared with that of 8 healthy subjects. Results： The largest wide of opening movement in the cases with severe tooth wear（TW） showed no significant to compare samples; the horizontal displacement of anterior excursion in model Ⅰ , Ⅱ showed no significant to compare samples, model Ⅲ decreased, model Ⅰ、Ⅲ showed great significant in vertical displacement of anterior excursion; the horizontal displacement of lateral excursion of model I was smaller than compare samples, model Ⅱ、Ⅲ showed no significant, but they had had a tendency to decrease; the vertical displacement of lateral excursion of model Ⅰ、Ⅲ increased significantly. Conclusion： Severe tooth wear lead to abnormal mandibular maximum excursions.
